Do you offer discounts for military and first responders?

Yes, we proudly support our military personnel and first responders with special discounts: 5% off weekly pool service and 10% off repairs totaling $500 or more. Simply mention your status when scheduling, and we’ll apply the savings—thank you for your service!

Is weekly pool service performed on the same day each week?

Yes, our weekly pool service is scheduled for the same day each week to provide consistent care for your pool. However, in cases of severe weather like storms, we may need to reschedule for the next day. We’ll always communicate any changes in advance to keep you informed.

What does your weekly pool service include?

Our affordable weekly pool service, starting at $115 per month, covers comprehensive maintenance tailored to Arizona’s desert climate. This includes vacuuming the pool floor, skimming debris from the surface, brushing walls and steps, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, checking and balancing chemicals (pH, chlorine, etc.), inspecting equipment for issues, and backwashing the filter as needed. We aim to keep your pool sparkling and safe year-round.

How often should I drain my pool in Arizona?

In the Litchfield Park area and West Valley, we recommend draining and refilling your pool every 2-3 years to manage buildup of total dissolved solids (TDS) from hard water. Factors like usage and water quality can affect this—contact us for a personalized assessment or to schedule our professional pool drain and acid wash service.

How can I prevent algae growth in my pool?

How often should I test my pool’s water chemistry?

For optimal safety and clarity, test your pool water at least twice a week, ( do on each visit and email a report ) especially in Arizona’s heat which can cause rapid changes. Check pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Our service includes professional testing and balancing, but we recommend DIY kits for between visits.
